These Terms & Conditions govern the TV mounting and related installation services provided by TVMountPrime in New York City. By booking a service you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website and in the price calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed before the work begins. Additional work discovered on site (unusual wall construction, extra cabling, non-standard hardware) is agreed with you before it is carried out.

Scheduling and cancellations

We confirm every appointment by phone or email. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Site preparation and access

Please make sure the installation area is accessible and clear of furniture and fragile items. You confirm that you are the owner of the property or have permission from the owner for the work to be carried out.

Equipment and hardware

Standard anchors and fixings are included. TV brackets, wire concealment kits and add-ons are priced separately. If you supply your own mount, we inspect it first and will only install it when it is safe for the weight and size of your TV.

Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of installation. The warranty covers the installation itself; it does not cover the TV, third-party hardware, or damage caused by alterations made after we leave.

Liability

We take care of your property and carry appropriate insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in walls or wiring, or for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided about the wall construction.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.
